Dear Supporter of Hayden Little League,
Preparation for our 2025 Little League baseball season has begun! Hayden Little League would like to invite you
to become part of our Little League family! Our entire league is dependent upon the sponsorships provided to us by
businesses like yours. Without generous sponsors like yourself, Hayden Little League could not have become the
recognized and valuable part of our community that it is today. Your sponsorship gives the league the ability to provide
baseball for all with safe, quality baseball equipment, impeccably maintained fields, scholarships for children who would
otherwise not be able to play and uniforms for each player.
More than the items with monetary costs, your sponsorship will provide an opportunity for children in our
community to learn the game of baseball, the value of teamwork, and create cherished memories for years to come. As
we prepare to begin yet another incredible season, we hope you will strongly consider supporting Hayden Little League.
We provide several sponsorship options: (please indicate your choice with an X next to the level below)
Hayden Little League runs 100% on volunteerism and passion for the great game.
We, as volunteers, work hard to establish an unforgettable league experience for the children year after year. Board Members, Coaches, Team Parents, and Field Maintenance Crews are just some of the positions required to run such a successful league.
As we prepare to begin yet another incredible season, we hope you will strongly consider supporting Hayden Little League. We provide several ways of sponsoring our teams: (please indicate sponsorship choice)
$500 – Single (Small Banner) A 3’ by 5’ banner with your design will be placed on one of the several baseball fields located at Croffoot Park. |
$1000 – Double (Big Banner) A 3’ by 10’ banner with your design will be placed on one of the several baseball fields located at Croffoot Park. |
$2000 – Triple (Team Jersey Sponsor and Small Banner) - SOLD OUT FOR 2025 Our players are all provided with a jersey with the sponsor’s business name on the jersey. Our teams wear the jerseys for games as well as most of them wear them as daily attire during and after the season. The number of teams vary with enrollments but usually there are 10 - 15 spots each season, all given on a first come first served basis. Your business will also be highlighted on our Facebook page. |
$2500 – Homerun (Summer Classic Jersey Sponsor) New this year we are hosting a Summer Classic skills competition and Family Fundraiser. Each child will raise money to participate in the event and we will host it with our End of Season Family BBQ where we provide a free bbq and have raffle and silent auction prizes. It is one of the busiest days of the year. This level of sponsorship will get their logo on the Summer Classic Jerseys (appx 250 players) that each player earns for their fundraising efforts and are worn with pride until they no longer fit! Two sponsorships available at this level and are first come first serve. |
$3000 – Grand Slam (League Jersey Sponsor and Large Banner) - SOLD OUT for 2025 This sponsorship will receive a “Big” banner on one of our main fields (1 or 2) located at Croffoot Park. The banners will be displayed for the duration of the season, including all tournaments hosted at Croffoot Park. The business logo will be on EVERY regular season jersey in the league (approx. 250). We will also highlight your business as a sponsor on our website and social media pages for the rest of 2025. |
We would like donations accounted for by March 1st, 2025, as uniforms need to be ready by Opening Day.

advance for your support and generosity. We ask that you please submit your donation prior to March 1, 2025, so
we can get shirts and banners ordered in a time for a great season! Please come to our Opening Day Ceremonies,
so you can see the difference your dollars make in our community! (A date and time for opening day will be sent
out at a later date).
We are a 501-3(c) non-profit organization and therefore your donation is tax-deductible and we
will send out a letter for you once the donation is received.
